Luna (April) Zheng

I was born on April 4, 2005 in a Siheyuan hospital in dongcheng district, Beijing. In 2008, I immigrated to Vancouver, Canada at the age of three, then returned to Beijing at the age of five. I studied in Beijing Chongwen Primary School until third grade. In 2014, I returned to Vancouver, Canada and went to Chartwell Elementary School. After graduation from Primary School, I transferred to Sentinel Secondary School. Currently attending eighth grade of high School. During this period, I had a deeper understanding of the local learning environment while I kept the Chinese traditional culture and cogitation. I like sports, music, art. Skiing and Field Hockey are my strengths. In addition, I was selected into the district choir, and went to visit perform around the world with the Choir every year. In 2018, I was very lucky to join the dynamic I Care team. The concept and activities of I Care coincide with my yearning. I hope that through my efforts, I can introduce the education concept and life customs of North America to you as far as I can, and at the same time make friends with people all over China, understand the essence of the Chinese traditions, and build a bridge for the cultural exchange between China and the west.
